Harmony Rose Tea
Harmony Rose Tea
Originally from France, these roses are now cultivated on the high-altitude plateau of Shangri-La, Yunnan (2,400 meters above sea level). The region offers abundant sunshine, plentiful water, and a pollution-free, purely organic environment. These roses are warm in nature and sweet in taste, rich in anthocyanins and tannins.
We select nutrient-rich "first-flush" roses harvested in April, when every bud is plump and full. Having absorbed abundant snowmelt and nutrients throughout the winter, these first-flush roses possess superior natural nutritional value. We harvest semi-opened blossoms between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM—when nutrient content is highest—and transport them via cold chain to a dormancy chamber within one hour of picking.

Brewing Instructions
Brewing Instructions
- Heat water to 190-200 °F
- Place one rose bud in a cup or teapot. Use bamboo tongs or a spoon to hold the rose in place.
- Pour hot water into the cup or pot. To protect its natural anthocyanins, avoid pouring water directly over the rose.
- Wait 3–5 minutes. Once the water turns a soft pink—indicating the release of anthocyanins—it is ready to enjoy. A single bud can be steeped 3–5 times while retaining its sweet, fragrant character.
- Sip slowly and enjoy the scent.
Brewing Tip: The color of the infusion varies depending on water quality. In alkaline water, the color gradually shifts from pale blue to pink. In acidic water, the infusion turns pink directly after 3 minutes of steeping.
